I took my car in to get the tires rotated. Although it took almost 3 hours, the staff was friendly and very polite. They did tell me it would take 2 hours and give me the option of waiting there or getting dropped off at home.

They are actually excited to help and are very good at calling you back. If you're taking your vehicle for a repairs or service, I HIGHLY recommend you talk to Steven. Why this guy is not running this place by now is beyond me. Steven will help you out with the kind of courtesy that is very hard to find now a days. He will call you on his days off if need be the case. I can't give him a 10 out of 10 because that would be an understatement. Simply put, if Steven was not there. I would take my cars to who ever he is working for. Good job AV Chevy and the parts department, GREAT job Steven!!

I bought a 2022 chevy bolt in this dealership a few days ago. My boyfriend bought his car here awhile back and he let them know that I am interested to get a 2022 chevy bolt but they did not have it at that time. Last Monday, they called and notify us that they have one in the lot. Mr. James Henry and Mr. James Gonzalez were very helpful and tried their best to cater to me. The car was fully charged and all ready when I picked it up. They also stayed way past their work hours to wait for us to get to the dealership. I really appreciate them working with me.
