I took my Camaro in for a full diagnostic due to check engine light on and knowing in the back of my mind that it’s probably not going to be good since several other shops said they couldn’t fix it and I needed to go to the dealer but hoping for a diagnosis and a fix. Hate to be the guy to be a walk in, but service advisor Barrett couldn’t have been friendlier and welcoming. Was kept well informed and even had a note of their findings on my paperwork. Was completed very fast despite being a walk in. However next time I will set an appointment as while they didn’t mind, keep in mind walk ins do disrupt the flow and speed of service, however I did not experience those. 5 stars!
Donald Thorn was great as a salesman. He went out of his way to satisfy my demands and concerns. The issues I have with AV Chevy are all centered on items completely out of his control.
Their policy of adding $2500 of worthless add ons beyond the window sticker is ridiculous and deceitful.
They advertise huge dealer discounts only to get that back with the additional worthless equipment.

Great people that are always courteous and have had good communication. Part and services can take a while but for the most part really good to work with.
Brought my blazer ev in for emergency repair due to an error message (Unable to Charge. Service charging system), the dealership was able to accommodate my situation into their service department's busy schedule and had the repair and diagnostics done within the same day. Teri was very helpful in getting my ev issues looked at as soon possible with the ev specialist.
They did what ever they could to make us happy. We left very happy with our car and deal.

I brought my GMC Sierra to AV Chevy after another dealer could not fix it. That dealer made me bitter, frustrated, and angry but AV Chevy was very nice and professional, showing compassion while reassuring me that they could help.
AV Chevy fixed my truck for the issues I brought it in for as well as some other issues they found. I feel that the technician took great pride in his work and in GM, making sure my truck was restored to the condition it should be.

Awesome customer service. I bought a 2024 Silverado high country and the salesman Bryon was great, he answered all my questions even added extra information regarding the vehicle.
